Nitrile gloves are made from nitrile butadiene rubber, a synthetic material that become a popular alternative to latex gloves. Before the COVID-19, the industry becomes popular because the nitrile protects the hands from harsh chemicals and solvents.

To optimize glove protection, select the right thickness, the right size, remove gloves properly, and avoid cross-contamination. Depending on the country you are importing into, nitrile gloves are generally considered a medical device, which usually will require government certifications (i.e. FDA, CE).
